Terms of use

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

SA Baddies (“we”, “us”) is operated by [OPERATOR NAME], registration number [REGISTRATION NUMBER], with its address at [PHYSICAL ADDRESS]. You can contact us at seratorane4@gmail.com. These terms apply to everyone who uses sabaddies.co.za: visitors, members (including VIP and VIP+), advertisers and people who post or answer job adverts. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

This site is part of a network of directory sites run by the same operator that share one account system and one set of listings, forum posts and job adverts. An account you create here works on the network’s other sites, and these terms apply wherever you use it.

2. You must be 18 or older

The site contains adult content and is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you are, to use it. Do not use the site if adult content is unlawful where you are. We may ask for proof of age at any time and close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. What the site is — and is not

SA Baddies is an advertising and referral platform. Independent adult advertisers publish profiles; visitors read them and contact advertisers directly. We do not employ, manage, represent or book advertisers, we are not an agency, we do not take part in any meeting or arrangement between advertisers and visitors, and we do not receive any part of any payment between them. Any money an advertiser charges is for their time and companionship only. Each advertiser and visitor is solely responsible for complying with the law that applies to them.

We moderate listings and run a private ID and age check, but we cannot guarantee that any person is who they say they are, that photos are current, or that any meeting will be safe. Use your own judgement and follow the safety guidance on the site. Never pay a deposit to someone you have not met.

4. Accounts

  • One person, one account. Give accurate information and keep your password private; you are responsible for everything done with your account.
  • Member (visitor) accounts and advertiser accounts are separate. Use a different email address for each.
  • Tell us at seratorane4@gmail.com straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You may close your account at any time by emailing us. Some information is kept after closure as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Advertisers

5.1 Who may advertise

Only independent adults advertising themselves may create listings. Agencies, managers, “bookers” and anyone posting on behalf of another person are not allowed, and such listings are removed. Before a listing goes live you must pass our private ID and age check. Your documents are used only for that check and are never shown on the site.

5.2 Your listing

  • Everything in your listing must be true, current and about you. Photos must be of you, taken with your consent, and you must own them or have permission to use them. Anyone else who appears in a photo must be an adult who has agreed to it.
  • No explicit sexual images, no offers of specific sexual acts in exchange for money, and nothing that is illegal, threatening, hateful or degrading.
  • Never mention, depict or suggest anyone under 18, and never anything involving force, coercion, drugs or exploitation.
  • Do not include the personal details of anyone else.
  • Keep your rates, availability and contact details up to date. Use “Available now” honestly.

5.3 Moderation and removal

We review new listings and changes, and may edit, refuse, pause or remove any listing or account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe puts anyone at risk — without notice where safety is concerned. Listings that receive serious safety reports may be hidden automatically while we investigate.

5.4 Permission to show your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and format it on the network’s sites and in their promotion for as long as your listing is live, plus a reasonable period to remove it from caches and backups.

5.5 Packages, credits and the Verified badge

Basic listings are free. Featured and Premium are paid packages that run for the period shown at purchase and include, among other things, higher placement, more photos, a daily bump, views and contact-click statistics and the blue Verified badge (shown only once your ID check has passed and only while the package is active). Boost credits let you pin a listing to the top of its city for a set time; credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable once used. Placement within a tier also depends on boosts, activity and recency; we do not promise any particular position or number of contacts.

6. Members, VIP and VIP+

A free member account lets you save favourites. VIP gives you members-only photos, synced favourites, availability and new-profile alerts, and full contact details. VIP+ gives you everything in VIP plus the members’ forum. VIP and VIP+ are once-off purchases for a fixed number of days; nothing renews automatically. If you buy VIP+ while VIP is active, your remaining VIP days continue after VIP+ ends. Features may change over time; we will not materially reduce what you have already paid for during your current period.

7. The members’ forum

The forum is a private, moderated space for VIP+ members. Each provider’s thread is linked from her profile and she may read and reply on her own thread. When you post:

  • Stick to your own first-hand experience of the service. Do not post anything you know or suspect to be false.
  • Never post anyone’s real name, workplace, address, vehicle registration, photos, screenshots of private chats, or anything else that could identify a person outside the site.
  • No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving anyone under 18, or encouragement of illegal activity.
  • No advertising, touting, sharing contact details for off-site deals, or deposits.

You are responsible for what you post, including any claim that it is defamatory or unlawful. You give us a non-exclusive licence to display your posts on the network’s sites. We may edit, hide or remove posts, lock threads and suspend or end memberships for breaches, without a refund where the breach is serious or repeated. Providers and members can report posts; we aim to review reports within 24 hours.

8. Jobs board

Job adverts must be for lawful work by adults (18+), must be entirely voluntary, and must describe the role, location and pay honestly. Advertisers may not charge applicants any fee, deposit, “training” or travel cost, and may not ask applicants to hand over identity documents or passports. Adverts are reviewed before publication, but we do not vet employers or applicants beyond that; check anyone you deal with yourself. We may reject or remove any advert. Report anything suspicious using the report button; we may pass information to the South African Police Service or other authorities.

9. Payments

  • Prices are shown in South African rand and include VAT where VAT applies. [Confirm VAT registration status.]
  • Payment is by EFT (and any other method shown at checkout). Purchases are activated once we have matched your payment to your order number.
  • Paid packages, memberships and job adverts are once-off and do not renew automatically.
  • Your bank statement will show our trading name, [TRADING NAME ON STATEMENTS].

10. Cancellations and refunds

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel an online purchase within seven days. That right does not apply to services that begin, with your consent, before the seven days end. Our packages, memberships and boosts start as soon as they are activated, and you agree to that when you pay. After activation, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it or where these terms say otherwise. We will refund in full:

  • a job advert or listing package that we decline before it goes live;
  • a duplicate payment, or a payment we cannot match to an order within 14 days;
  • a purchase we cannot deliver because of a fault on our side.

We do not refund purchases where we remove content or close an account because these terms were broken. To request a refund, email seratorane4@gmail.com with your order number.

11. Safety, reporting and law enforcement

Every profile, forum post and job advert has a report button. Reports about possible minors, coercion or trafficking are prioritised. We will co-operate with law-enforcement requests that are lawful and may report suspected exploitation of any person, especially children, to the authorities without telling you. If someone is in immediate danger, call 10111.

12. Things you may not do

  • Copy, scrape, crawl or harvest listings, photos, contact details or forum content by automated means, or republish them elsewhere, without our written permission.
  • Impersonate anyone, create fake listings or reviews, or use someone else’s photos.
  • Spam, harass or threaten advertisers, members or staff.
  • Get around a suspension, a block, the age gate, or any paywall.
  • Upload malware, probe or attack the site, or interfere with how it works.
  • Resell or share access to VIP or VIP+ features.

13. Our content

The site design, text, logos and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal use as these terms allow, and nothing more.

14. Disclaimers and limits on our liability

We provide the site “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies, we are not responsible for: the conduct of advertisers, members, employers or applicants; anything that happens at or because of any meeting; the accuracy of content posted by others; or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for gross negligence or deliberate wrongdoing.

15. Your responsibility to us

You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and legal costs we suffer because of content you posted or your breach of these terms.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close any account, or remove any content, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, if required by law, or to protect anyone’s safety. Where it is safe and lawful we will tell you why. Sections that by their nature should continue (licences already granted, liability, payment obligations) survive termination.

17. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, tell account holders by email or on the site. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be heard by the South African courts with jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under South African law.
